Gehox Studio (“Gehox”) operates gehox.com. For any question about this page or your data, email hello@gehox.com.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which sections people read and how quickly pages load. Both are cookie-less and collect aggregated data only — page path, referrer, approximate country, device type, and loading-speed measurements.

They do not build a profile of you, do not follow you to other websites, and cannot identify you personally. That is also why this site shows no cookie-consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.

The booking widget is provided by Cal.com. If you book, the name, email address, timezone and any notes you enter go to Cal.com and to us, purely so the meeting can happen. That data is processed under Cal.com’s own privacy policy.

Opening a booking window is not the same as booking: nothing is submitted until you confirm.

If you email or message us on WhatsApp, we keep that conversation so we can reply and, if we end up working together, so there is a record of what was agreed. We do not add you to any mailing list, because we do not run one.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps short-lived operational logs (including IP addresses) to serve traffic and block abuse. This is standard for any website and we do not use those logs for marketing.

Analytics data is aggregated and retained by Vercel on a rolling window. Enquiries and project correspondence are kept for as long as we are working together, and afterwards only as long as needed for tax and accounting records.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@gehox.com and we will action it, normally within a few days. You do not need to give a reason.

If you would rather no analytics were recorded at all, any browser-level tracking blocker will stop it, and nothing on the site will break.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly broaden what we collect.
